AbsoluteMeedia provides Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising solutions, including but not limited to billboards, digital displays, lamp poles, and rooftop advertising spaces. Our services encompass strategic location selection, media booking, production coordination, installation, monitoring, and reporting. Your Responsibilities
As a client or user of our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when requesting quotes or engaging services.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of our services and in the content of your advertising materials.
- Ensure that all submitted advertising content does not infringe upon any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
- Adhere to our artwork specifications and guidelines provided in our Resources section.
- Make timely payments for services rendered as per agreed contractual terms.
Ownership of Content
All content on the AbsoluteMeedia website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Absolute Outdoor Advertising Limited or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Clients retain ownership of their advertising content (artwork, designs, etc.) submitted to AbsoluteMeedia. However, clients grant AbsoluteMeedia a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and publish such content for the purpose of fulfilling the advertising campaign and for marketing/promotional purposes of AbsoluteMeedia (e.g., in portfolios and case studies), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Financial Terms
Pricing for AbsoluteMeedia’s services will be provided through customized proposals and contracts. All fees are payable in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise agreed. Payment terms, including deposit requirements, payment schedules, and any late payment penalties, will be clearly stipulated in your individual service agreement.
Campaign Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies and any applicable refund procedures will be detailed within your specific service agreement. Generally, cancellations may incur charges depending on the notice period provided and costs already incurred (e.g., production costs).
Our Responsibility
AbsoluteMeedia strives to provide high-quality and reliable services. However, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.
Service “As Is”
